    The space

    The living space is equipped with a fully furnished kitchen, a dining table for two, and a lounge equipped with a smart TV that opens onto a charming balcony offering ocean views and lush greenery surrounding Sea Point neighbourhood.

    The bedroom features a sliding door that extends the full length to welcome in the refreshing breeze. It boasts a queen bed with extra length for added comfort. The bedroom is situated to the back of the main street, ensuring a quieter environment for sleep.

    The bathroom offers ample space for comfort and features a generously sized shower with a rain shower head.

    The laundry facility, situated beneath the reception area, operates on a prepaid basis and is equipped with both washing machines and dryers.

    The pool area located on the top floor is a communal space featuring two sun loungers for sunbathing, along with additional seating for your relaxation and enjoyment.

    This was, easily, one of the best Airbnb experiences I've ever had. 
The apartment was immaculately clean, the photos were very accurate, and the location was superb. Easy for a quick walk/run on the Promenade, near the gym, supermarket, and good restaurants. 
However, the cherry on top was the level of attention throughout my stay, from proactive messages to quick answers whenever needed. 
Whenever in Cape Town, you can't go wrong with this choice!

    This place is brilliant. It is in a great location for Sea Point and an easy 20min taxi to Cape Town Airport. You can walk to the promenade within a couple minutes.
The property was very clean and had all the amenities I needed. The hosts were very communicative and were available for any requests. 
Check in and check out was a breeze and access to the building was easy via key fob.
I would definitely recommend this place and am considering returning myself soon.

    David & Sam's accommodation is great! We immediately felt at home thanks to the lovely furnishings and amenities in the flat. It's a short walk to the beach and Mojo Market, as well as many other restaurants, etc. The shared roof terrace and pool are perfect for enjoying the view of Lions Head and the water and you can watch some paragliders flying 🙂

    We had a great stay at this apartment. It was very clean and there was everything you need.
The hosts are extremely friendly, very accommodating and really available at any time!
They have lots of tips and information for the stay. In a few minutes, you can walk to the promenade and enjoy the beautiful sunset. There are also many restaurants nearby, which can be reached in a few minutes. Thanks to the 24/7 security service, you felt safe at all times and the staff were always very friendly and helpful.
