    We offer a Percentage of revenue package that allows hosts to benefit from a fair and transparent pricing model. With this package, our service fee is calculated as a percentage of the revenue generated from each booking.

    Here's How It Works

    When you partner with us as your co-host, we take a predetermined percentage of 17% service fee of the Gross nightly rate paid by guests as our fee.

    The benefit of the percentage of revenue package is that you can have peace of mind knowing that our interests are aligned with yours. Our priority is to help you optimize your rental earnings while providing exceptional hosting services.

    The Cleaning Fee

    The cleaning fee is an additional charge paid by guests who book your accommodation. It is a standard charge fee set by you and added to the total cost on booking websites. This fee covers the expenses associated with housekeeping, laundry services, and cleaning products required to maintain your property.

    As The Owner

    As the owner, you will receive the host payout directly from booking channels such as Airbnb, Booking.com & VRBO, and this payout includes the cleaning fee. ProJoy stays will handle payments to the cleaners, and we will invoice you to claim for the cleaning fee.

    If a guest requests additional cleaning services during their stay, we will charge them accordingly through the booking channel. In such cases, we will then invoice you for the extra cleaning services provided.

    Please Note

    The service fee does not include the booking channel fee, which typically ranges from 15-18%. 

    The exact booking channel fee may vary based on seasonal changes and demand.

    The Service Fee

    Our service fee, set at 17% of the Gross Revenue Income, covers various aspects. This excludes the cleaning fee, laundry fee, top-up of cleaning materials, replenishments of general stock/consumable, pre-paid electricity, and necessary maintenance expenses.

    You will receive direct payments to your account for all bookings, and after each booking, we will send you an invoice outlining the service fee and any additional charges incurred.

    Pro Joy Stays Invoice per reservation will include:

    • 17% Service fee per reservation
    • Monthly platform fee.
    • Cleaning fee & laundry fee per reservation
    • Consumable Top ups per reservation
    • Maintenance and repairs
    • Décor if requested.

    Onboarding

    ProJoy Stays offers an onboarding package of R2500.
    This package includes professional photography services to showcase your property in the best possible light. High-quality photographs can significantly enhance the appeal of your listing and attract more potential guests. 
     
    Additionally, we provide the printing of the welcome booklet & signs around the property. This serves as a comprehensive guide for guests, offering essential information about your property, local attractions, house rules, and other useful details.
    It helps create a warm and welcoming experience for your guests, ensuring they have all the necessary information during their stay. 
     
    By availing this onboarding package, you can make a lasting impression on potential guests and provide them with a delightful and informative stay.
